Key Responsibilities

As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning the HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of general HR experience, with at least 1 year in a role as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Familiarity with HR Software (SeamlessHR is preferred, but others will be considered).
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships within the organization.
