Key Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning the HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Leading the recruitment process to ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This includes managing job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
- Performance Management: Supporting managers and leaders in developing and implementing performance management processes. You will ensure that employees receive the necessary feedback, guidance, and support to excel in their roles.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employees, resolving any conflicts, and ensuring that workplace policies are followed. You will also ensure that the company maintains a positive and collaborative work environment.
- HR Software Management: Proficiency in HR software like SeamlessHR is essential for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR-related functions efficiently. You will oversee the smooth operation of these tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Strategic HR Support: Acting as a key advisor to senior management, providing HR insights and recommendations that support the company’s growth and development. You will also help develop HR policies that align with business goals.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies, and keeping up to date with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and legally compliant.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of general HR experience, with at least 1 year in a role as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
- Familiarity with HR Software (SeamlessHR is preferred, but others will be considered).
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships within the organization.
