Position Overview: Financial Analyst

- Salary: 400k Net Monthly

Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst at Vio Bonam, your role will involve critical thinking, attention to detail, and working closely with various teams to ensure the financial health and stability of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting future financial performance, and providing insights that drive business decisions.
- Budgeting and Reporting: You’ll manage budgeting processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Modeling and Excel Skills: One of the key requirements for this role is proficiency in Excel. You will use advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other complex formulas to prepare financial models and reports.
- ERP System Management: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is crucial. You will utilize ERP systems to track financial data, manage expenses, and streamline financial workflows.
- Business Performance Tracking: You will monitor and evaluate financial performance against set targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with Teams: You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and executive leadership, to provide data-driven financial recommendations that enhance the company’s growth and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a financial analyst role or a similar position, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excel Expertise: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is a must. You should be comfortable working with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and other data analysis tools.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is essential for this role.
- Strong Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in financial data will be key to your success in this role.
- Communication Skills: The ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to use your analytical skills to find solutions to financial issues and optimize processes within the company.
