Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Handle employee relations and provide support on HR policies
Oversee recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Use HR software to manage workflows and employee data efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably within the tech industry
Certification in SHRM, CIPM, or HRPL
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR operational frameworks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
