Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect at Architrave, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
Supervising the preparation of detailed construction drawings using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Mentoring junior architects and managing project timelines and deliverables.
Overseeing site inspections and resolving technical issues during construction.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice.
Strong portfolio featuring residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Registration:
Must be a Registered Architect with ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria).
Valid and current ARCON practice license required.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with other architectural design software and tools is an added advantage.
Leadership and Communication:
Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and manage resources effectively.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
